Cherries act as aspirin or ibuprofen

The American Chemical Society says that 20 cherries a day or concentrate from the amount of cherries has the same effect on pain relief as aspirin or ibuprofen.

Cherry juice could help alleviate insomnia and shorten the time required to complete the lips. Scientists believe that cherry, beneficial for insomnia due to the content of antioxidant melatonin for which it was established that the people affected by natural sleep cycle.
