Strict enforcement of the child leads in addition to removing the weight and metabolic changes, so losing weight is not coming back. Diet lasts 90 days. If it is necessary to weaken the less weight, the diet ends earlier, but then no changes in metabolism.

Breakfast
All 90 days fruit. Eat at two of the same fruit or a handful of dried fruit (Count 8 pieces being enough).

The first day - PROTEIN DAY

Lunch
• Meat, steamed and boiled or roasted (3 fragment - Restaurants serving - 250 gr) or 3 boiled or fried eggs, or something of dairy products including soybeans.
• Bread - an integral piece of bread
• Salad - in unlimited quantities with a maximum of 1 tablespoon oil

NOTE: Different types of protein do not interfere with one meal and even in the day.

Dinner
The same as for lunch, but no soup and bread NO. Be sure that if you eat meat to eat lunch and dinner, and if you have eggs for lunch, they have to be for dinner.

Another day - Starch DAY

Lunch
• Beans, peas, lentils, rice, potatoes - boiled, only with the addition of spices (salt, seasoning, pepper, ketchup, cooked tomatoes) - a full plate

• Salad

Dinner
The same as lunch, but half measures. Dinner is NOT bread

Third Day - a day of carbohydrates

Lunch
Cooked pasta and seasonings - ketchup or something, or drink only with the addition of ketchup, salt or baking in quantity drink in the pizzeria (eg 3 rolls)

Dinner
Two thin patch of cake, or 3-4 cakes, or 3-4 balls of ice cream
Required - 1 rib of chocolate for cooking

Fourth Day - FRUIT DAY

Lunch and dinner
Just mixed fruit, how many will.

Additional notes:

• After rounds of 7x 4 days, ie 29 days (three times during the child) is considered a "water day". The day they drink only water;
• Be sure to post a fruity, and sometimes after the water is continuing with protein day;
• Coffee and tea can drink, but no sugar. Juices reduced to a minimum;
• Be sure to take one pill after lunch, which includes a daily dose of vitamins and minerals;

• After 8 hours in the evening do not eat.

Everything that is listed must be eaten because it has a role in the body. Fruit is mandatory for breakfast, because the fastest provides energy, chocolate third day too, because it protects the body from possible allergies.

Amounts of food are higher than usual, and the food set our conditions and climate. It must be consistent and persistent. It may be that the first ten days comes to weight loss, but then begins a sudden loss and even 3-4 pounds. After 90 days the child, another 90 days for breakfast to eat fruit, while for lunch and dinner, return to normal diet. During this period should be to lose another 3 kg which is an indicator of changes in metabolism. If they are lost, the child needs to be repeated, but only after 3 months.

Dieters must not extend more than 90 days - ONLY AFTER a break of 3 months CAN BE DONE NEW 90 day diet.
